Kranman T1850

In 2012, the Kranman T1750 was launched, which then replaced the Kranman T1700. The T1750 quickly became a customer favourite in our grapple loader range. Now, 13 years later and just over 1500 built T1750, it’s time again.

The T1750 is a very flexible and high-quality fully developed product, which has made the development work difficult. Nevertheless, by listening to our many users and conducting extensive tests of our own, we have succeeded, and we are very pleased with the results.

In connection with the launch of the T1850, we have chosen to switch to equipment packages on all grapple loader wagons in our range. It has been very appreciated in our other range as it becomes easier to choose the right product. With the help of the equipment table, you can easily see what equipment the different models have.

More powerful chassis

The T1850 has the same basic design as the T1750, but by using high-strength property steel in exposed areas and material optimization, we have managed to make the trailer even stronger without increasing the weight.

Longer chassis

The rear of the T1850 is 15cm longer. This means that you can transport longer timber while maintaining ball pressure. The longer rear section also provides space for an additional movable bunk, giving a total of four rows of banks.

Strong drive

The T1850 comes with powerful drive motors that are double-ball-bearing. The new drive roller has increased engagement and is also self-cleaning.

Kranman KX30

The new forwarder crane Kranman KX30 Pro Series replaces the Kranman K30-60. The KX30 has new geometry which makes it smoother, thicker cylinders which makes it stronger and longer extension which increases the range. The new A-frame has thicker, stronger support legs.

Frame control

Articulated steering is a very appreciated option that enables access in tight terrain and makes it significantly easier when reversing. On the T1850 you can get our newly developed electro-hydraulic frame steering. In addition to the lever at the head, a control panel is mounted easily accessible on the handlebars. This makes the articulated steering more accessible in difficult terrain and when reversing.

Checker plate at the gate

We have designed a protective plate that sits behind the gate. This prevents logs from ending up under the gate and loading the trailer is greatly facilitated. The sheet metal also works great as a storage surface when the trolley is unloaded.

Stainless steel silencer

The hydraulic power unit can be equipped with an additional stainless steel muffler with side exhaust. Noise levels are reduced, exhaust fumes are dissipated and visibility is increased
